Combining the classic LL modified dreadnought body shape with Japanese handcrafted construction, premium materials and a few unique features, the LL26 is a true players instrument.
The LL body shape gives the LL26 a big, bold sound with strong low and mid range response - perfect for a classic, big acoustic sound - while the all-solid construction of Englemann spruce and Indian rosewood perfectly combines great tone and sumptuous looks.
The flagship L-Series boasts a number of unique player-focused construction features including a 5-ply vintage 'V' profile laminated neck for incredible strength, outstanding comfort and fabulous tone, the L-Series enlarged neck block for greater sustain and stability, Square Frame Side Bracing to more effectively transmit the vibrations of the guitar's top to the rest of the body for enhanced low-frequency response and Yamaha's exclusive ARE wood treatment to pre-age the tone of the guitar - creating a brand new guitar that sounds like it's been played for 15 years.
The vintage style brass tuners found on all #26 model guitars present these instruments with a classic look.
