Systematically climbing to the higher registers of guitar playing – this is what Burkhard Blady makes possible in his new booklet “ Hochlagen ”. In a first step, scales that match the pieces help you memorize the position of the individual tones in conjunction with the correct fingerings. In a second step, the songs composed in the style of folk, blues and rock can be played solo, in a guitar duo or together with a melodic instrument. In this way, the students learn the tools for much of the advanced guitar literature.
