Optogate Microphone Mute Switch PB-07

Due to many customer requests, we developed the PB-07. In this model the distance sensor is on the flat side. This model "recognizes" just like the other models, when someone is in front of it and switches on the microphone. A red LED indicates the switching status. When the space in front of the PB-07 is free again, the microphone is automatically switched off. The distance can be varied between 15 and 120 cm using a spindle potentiometer. It depends on the reflected surface. On the back there is a 4mm threaded hole for attachment to a clip. This model also works with 48V phantom power. The phantom power is passed on to the microphone so that condenser microphones can also be operated with it.


This model can be mounted using a clip so that it "disappears" behind a microphone stand. By positioning it lower at stomach level, it is possible that the artist does not have to stand exactly in front of the microphone to turn it on. The PB-07 also attaches easily to gooseneck microphones, making it well suited for lecterns.
