Quello racchiuso in un tolex del tutto simile a pelle di rettile nera è il Victor Smolski Limited Edition E646, amplificatore hi-gain a quattro canali progettato per soddisfare le richieste del chitarrista, includendo tutte le caratteristiche e sonorità che Victor ha apprezzato maggiormente durante la sua avventura con ENGL.
La testata è dotata di controlli di volume e gain separati per ogni canale, send-return, noise gate integrato e l'esclusivo PTM, l'Electronic Power Tube Monitoring system progettato da ENGL che permette di rilevare e segnalare eventuali malfunzionamenti delle valvole o scompensi causati da impedenze errate, mandando in protezione l'amplificatore per preservare l'integrità dei circuiti.
