Founded in the 1940's by Clarence Leo Fender, Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company is one of the best known brands in the world of electric guitars, basses, amplifiers and electric pianos. Fender continued to innovate in these areas and built legendary models such as the Telecaster and Stratocaster for the guitar and the Rhodes for the electric piano.

The GTX-7 Footswitch was developed for use with Mustang GTX amplifiers, allowing users to select various presets and effects from the floor. Looper buttons access the amp’s “Record,” “Play,” “Overdub,” “Stop” and “Undo” functions, Tap Tempo is accessible for time-based effects, and the chromatic tuner is also selectable on demand. Removable cable with 1/4" plugs included.

Alles dabei was man braucht. Looper-Funktion ist cool, FX kann in 'Sections' aufgeteilt werden (FX-Typ ist immer auf gleicher Taste) und Tap-Tempo ist über die Preset-Taste möglich.

De mes essais je déduis que le Fender footswitch GTX-7 fonctionne parfaitement avec l’ampli Fender Mustang GT40, pour autant qu'il soit équipé du firmware en version 3 (le dernier à ce jour).

Une autre information qui me paraît importante est que le GTX-7 ne dispose pas du mode QUICK ACCES, contrairement au footswitch MGT-4.

En outre j’aimerais féliciter musix.ch, car vous êtes les seuls à ma connaissance à avoir ce produit en stock à ce jour.
