Control Vinyl for operating Traktor Scratch
TRAKTOR SCRATCH closes the gap between analog and digital DJing. The necessary, particularly fine-resolution time code is pressed onto high-quality 120g vinyl. In addition, timecode DJing is also possible via CD players with timecode CDs. The extremely precise timecode signal ensures a direct response that has never been achieved before: digital tracks feel as if they were cut directly into vinyl!
Please note that in order to use Timecode MK2, you must update to software version 2.1.1 (or higher). Old timecode disks with MK1 format are no longer compatible and, conversely, MK2 disks are not compatible with older software.
- Each record features a 17-minute side, as well as a second, deeper side for all the turntablists. and scratch DJs. An additional track makes it possible to scroll through the digital track collection and select tracks using only the turntable and system needle: Direct DJing without having to touch the computer! Thanks to the “Record Flip” function, TRAKTOR SCRATCH recognizes when the control record is flipped and then automatically loads the next track in the playlist.
- Mastered and cut in the renowned 'Dubplates and Mastering' studio in Berlin, the grooves offer exceptional depth and perfect grip.
- DJing with Timecode Vinyl offers on the one hand the look and feel of a classic vinyl set and at the same time opens the doors to the possibilities of all the advantages of TRAKTOR DJing, with remix decks or the well-known features such as loop recorders Selection of effects or extremely finely resolved wave forms.
