The strings consist of a magnetic steel core and are wrapped with a black nylon flat wire. You get an excellent tone with easy response and thanks to the polished flat nylon wire you have a pleasant playing feel. There are no annoying finger noises. The black tape nylon strings are ideal for acoustic basses, fretless basses and bring a double bass-like sound over.
