Korg Keystage 61

The Keystage from KORG is the ultimate MIDI keyboard for live and studio applications. Its 61- keys semi-weighted keyboard offers velocity response, channel and polyphonic Aftertouch , and MPE (MIDI Polyphonic Expression) compatibility. Due to support for the MIDI 2.0 standard, the Keystage is also able to communicate bi-directionally with software and hardware instruments. In this way, for example, when using MIDI 2.0-compatible instruments, their most important parameters are automatically mapped to the eight knobs of the keystage. In addition, the names of these parameters and their values ​​are displayed on the OLED displays below the respective controllers and compared in real time. Since the Keystage is backwards compatible, it can also be used to control classic MIDI devices that do not yet support the MIDI 2.0 standard. The Keystage is compatible with most common DAWs and also offers particularly deep integration into KORG Gadget and Ableton Live. Thanks to the internal USB audio interface, it can also be easily connected to a computer and a sound system without additional peripherals, which is invaluable, especially when used live. Also on board is a sophisticated arpeggiator and an inspiring chord mode, which allows predefined chords to be called up using individual keys . The slim and light housing allows for easy transport, but at the same time has the necessary stability for the often strenuous everyday life on stage. The scope of delivery includes a practical accessory tray that can be attached in two different positions and at two different angles and offers enough space for smart devices, tablets or even smaller laptops. The software package also included includes the KORG Gadget Producer Bundle, wavestate native LE and Ableton Live 11 Lite.
