To get this great range of tonal characteristics, we designed both these pickups with Alnico magnets and custom engineered coil size and windings which give a fullness and broader bandwidth that Tele pickups never had before.

Swap the Alnico V magnets of our regular T set with ceramics and you have the TC.

The TC features a bright, clear, penetrating high end that's as naturally bright as we could design it without losing the harmonic sweetness typical of EMG designs. All in all, it's a tight, bright, aggressive sound.
